All application fee(s) and holding fee must be paid to reserve an apartment or to apply to the waitlist. 
Waitlist applicants may enter a preferred move-in date, however, there is no guarantee an apartment will be available by the preferred move-in date. Applicants under the age of 21 will require a guarantor.  Guarantors must make five times the rent in order to qualify.
Security Deposit STARTS at One Month Rent Pending Application Approval.
*Administration Fee:$350.00 for 1 Bedrooms, $400.00 for 2 Bedrooms, $500.00 for 2 Bed Townhomes 
Administration Fee is non-refundable and due at move in.
